LifeGroups are more than just a program.  LifeGroups are how we live out our faith on a daily basis.

When we read about the early church, they didn’t just show up to church; they were living out the gospel everyday, in community, with other Jesus-followers.  They didn’t simply read the Bible; they worked out their faith and understanding of scripture in the messiness of life.  Acts 2 describes a community of people who ate together, laughed together, cried together and were deeply involved in each others’ lives.

Jesus called us to follow him in community with others, and at BCC, we do that through LifeGroups.

Saturday, March 14
1501 E. Mary, Garden City, KS 67846
To know Christ and make Him known.
We desire a life of vision and purpose. You are invited to enjoy food and conversation with other women in Christ through teaching and stories. Bring a friend and join us for our next monthly brunch in October!
If this is your first time at Awaken, you can pre-register to save time when you arrive. If you need childcare, please pre-register your children so we can be expecting them as well.

Celebrate recovery

Celebrate Recovery is community of people who are committed to overcoming their hurts, habits, and hangups.  Whether you struggle with relationships or past hurts, or you’re fighting addiction of any kind, this community is committed to walking alongside you as you grow.  Based upon the words of Jesus rather than psychological theory, the Celebrate Recovery Team works hard to make this a safe and secure space where you can grow into who God has called you to be.

Childcare is provided
MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) is for women with kids from pregnancy through kindergarten. We meet together to decompress, recharge, and develop meaningful friendships in the midst of mothering. Our meetings include breakfast, speakers, crafts or games, and a lot of conversation. You’ll be able to connect with moms in the same season, as well as be mentored by moms who have traveled this road ahead of us.
